We perform a rigorous due diligence process that involves extensive analysis and verification of past results, evaluation of future prospects. assessment of management, and the evaluation of other matters that can impact the risks and prospects of an investment.

Valuation

Our professionals are highly experienced in the valuation of private companies. We utilize a highly disciplined approach to valuation.

Structure

We believe that high net worth investors deserve the opportunity to invest in private equity on terms that are similar to those available to institutional investors. Our products are structured such that valuations, fees, and other terms are fair to all investors.

Management Perhaps the most critical factor impacting the success of a private equity investment is the quality of a company's management team. The Private Equity Department is highly experienced in management assessment, recruitment, and retention.

Investment Monitoring

We take an active role in overseeing our sponsored private equity investments where possible and appropriate, we serve on boards of directors, seeking to provide our experience, support, and counsel to management in strategic and
financial decision-making and corporate governance. Oftentimes we serve as a conduit for ongoing communication between investors and management.
