We track each manager to assure style consistency and adherence to risk guidelines. As part of our comprehensive monitoring, we communicate with managers frequently to remain aware of current strategies and analyze factors behind performance.  We also hold periodic formal reviews with each manager to evaluate how trading disciplines have worked and assess any shift in operation or strategy.  An important goal of our extensive interaction with managers is to anticipate any issues that could potentially become problems and take decisive action when necessary.
