We have a sophisticated event driven team that has over 45 years combined of event driven trading experience. We seek to add value from the moment the stock in question enters into a special event to the completion of that defined event. We can accommodate institutional orders both pre and post trading hours.

Execution

With countless arbitrage deals expected this year, we believe our event driven sales team will be able to assist clients in executing their strategies.
