You will need to provide your User Name, the email address associated with your online access and your 10-position account number. Note: Account numbers begin with a letter, followed by nine numbers, in either of these formats: G123456789 or G12-3456789 (the dash is optional).
All information must be valid in order for us to reset your password. If all information matches our records, we will email you a temporary password that will allow you to log in. You will then be required to change your password.
Please note: we may only email your password to the email address we have on record. If you are not able to match the email address that we have on record, you must contact your Financial Advisor for assistance in updating this information. If you do not have your Financial Advisor's contact information, Client Help can provide you with this information. You may update your email address once you successfully log into the system.
