Arb Research
On the research front, we have a desk analyst with over 9 years of buy side experience. One of his goals
is to mesh the current Oppenheimer research product with a timely value added event driven research
product. This allows clients to make even more accurate investment decisions in the face of fast moving
event driven markets.
Trading Team
We have a sophisticated event driven team that has over 45 years of event driven trading experience.
We seek to add value from the moment the stock in question enters into a special event to the completion
of that defined event. We can accommodate institutional orders both pre and post trading hours.
Execution
With countless arb deals expected this year, our event driven sales team will be able to assist clients in
executing their strategies. We offer advice for regulatory issues, litigation of the various parties, shareholder
vote interpretation, elections of cash vs. stock, collars for hedging with options and looking at the buyers,
