First Annual REITs/Real Estate Forum

We invite you to attend the First Annual REITs/Real Estate Forum at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.'s Executive Conference Center located at 300 Madison Avenue in New York City on Thursday, February 19, 2009.
This conference will feature members of senior management of several leading REITs/real estate companies across a diverse group of property types and services with a focus on sector specific trends and sourcing capital in 2009. Property types featured will include industrial, healthcare, residential, self-storage, CBD and suburban office space, diversifieds, senior housing, regional malls, and shopping centers. There has been substantial volatility in the sector over the last two quarters driven by investor concerns over the availability of capital, refinancing risks and moderating operating fundamentals, with the resulting impact of many stocks trading near historically low valuations.
Given the credit and consumer driven nature of this recession, we expect each sector of the US commercial real estate market to be impacted. Through this forum, we seek to provide investors a comprehensive overview of the key drivers and trends in each major property segment. In addition, we hope to create an open discussion between investors, management teams and other industry professionals on topics related to the recovery of the credit and transaction markets.
This conference will consist of ten 45-minute property type specific panels (with 10-minute transition periods). In addition, we will schedule one-on-one meetings with select management teams and investors in separate break-out rooms throughout the day. We look forward to seeing you all in New York City.
