1st Annual Regional Bank 1-on-1 Conference

Our 1st Annual Regional Bank 1-on-1 Conference will be held on May 6, 2009, at Oppenheimer’s office at 300 Madison Avenue in New York City.
The conference will feature the management teams of approximately 9 publicly traded banks hailing from multiple regions of the country. Due to the substantial volatility in the sector over the past year, many institutional investors are now underweight the sector. The regional banks are now trading at the low end of historical valuations not seen since the early 1990's.
We believe the 1-on-1 format will allow investors to learn more about what actions banks are taking today to handle the challenges facing the banking industry as well as position them to profit from the long-term opportunities created by market disruption. The conference will consist entirely of 1-on-1 meetings throughout the day in 50-minute blocks (40-minute meetings followed by 10-minute transition periods).
