Oppenheimer Drone Day

You are cordially invited to attend Oppenheimer & Co.’s inaugural drone event on Monday, September 19, 2016 at Storm King Art Center, one of the world’s leading sculpture parks.

Pairing drones & experts may seem unusual, but what better location could there be to see the most cutting edge drones in action than at Storm King, one of the world’s leading outdoor sculpture parks featuring artists who are, or were, at the cutting edge of their time. Our drone day will feature leading public and private companies focused on industrial and commercial applications for drones. Topics to explore include: machine vision; cloud infrastructure for drones; integration of drones in enterprise decision making.

The day will include actual flying demonstrations of the most recent drones in production (we are anticipating demos of at least five drones); one-on-one meetings with leading consumer and professional civilian drone OEMs, software and service providers for UAV systems; and the ability to tour Storm King Art Center’s entire outdoor space and sculpture museum.

Storm King Art Center (www.stormking.org) is located one hour north of New York City in the Hudson Valley and has 500 acres of fields, hills, and woodlands as well as a collection of more than 100 sculptures from acclaimed artists.
