3rd Annual Internet Services 1-on-1 Conference

March 10, 2010

On March 10th we are hosting the 3rd Annual Internet Services 1-on-1 Conference at Oppenheimer's offices at 300 Madison Avenue in New York City.

This conference will feature the management teams of a number of leading public and private companies in the Internet Services sector, with a focus on data centers, managed/on-demand services, and content distribution networks.

While the ongoing stabilization in macroeconomic fundamentals is a positive, we believe our coverage universe is positively leveraged to a number of secular drivers, including growth in IP traffic, adoption/rollout of IP based services, increased IT outsourcing, higher adoption of IP video, and increased availability of IP enabled devices. We expect these trends to accelerate and should serve to facilitate relatively healthy revenue and profitability growth over the next couple of years. Additionally, this group has healthy balance sheets, which should help them to weather and in some cases even benefit from, today's turbulent marketplace.

Longer-term, Internet Services operators are ideally situated to take advantage of our thesis on the ongoing migration to Network-Centric Computing, which is driving a convergence between communications and computing. Network-Centric Computing, which has just begun, should accelerate over the next decade. Similar to the transition from mainframe to personal computing, Network-Centric Computing should drive innovative applications/services and increase the size of the overall communications market. The group is also positively leveraged to favorable secular tailwinds of increased IT outsourcing and migration to IP-based services.

We believe this is one of the most comprehensive forums for investors to learn more about the emerging Internet Services sector and which companies are best positioned to capitalize on the powerful trends accompanying the shift to Network-Centric Computing. This conference will consist entirely of 1-on-1 meetings throughout the day in 50-minute increments (40-minute meetings followed by 10-minute transition periods).

We look forward to hosting you in New York City.
