Oppenheimer's 9th Annual Consumer, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure Conference will be held
July 14 - 15, 2009 at the Four Seasons Hotel Boston. The conference will feature approximately 90 leading public companies from a variety of consumer and gaming, lodging & leisure sectors.

The consumer sector continues to be a core focus for investors, despite the challenges the group has experienced thus far this year. 2009 is likely to continue to be volatile given low visibility as to a housing market recovery, high gas prices, and uncertainty as to when the consumer's appetite for discretionary purchases will improve. Our mid-year conference is an opportunity to assess the state of the consumer and what the constantly changing economic dynamics will mean for consumer stocks in the second half of 2009 and beyond.

The conference is opportune, given the increasing focus on companies' capital structure, particularly among gaming and lodging companies.
