3rd Annual Regional Bank 1-on-1 Conference

Our 3rd Annual Regional Bank 1-on-1 Conference will be held on May 4, 2011, at Oppenheimer’s office at 300 Madison Avenue in New York City. 

The conference will feature the management teams of several publicly traded banks hailing from multiple regions of the country. We believe the next leg up in valuations for the banking sector will be driven by greater investor confidence that revenue trends can improve as loan demand strengthens. Merger and acquisition activity is set to accelerate over the coming years providing another positive catalyst to the sector.

We believe the 1-on-1 format will allow investors an opportunity to learn more about what actions banks are taking today to better position themselves for an improving economic environment, higher interest rates and a more restrictive regulatory environment. The conference will consist entirely of 1-on-1 meetings throughout the day in 50-minute blocks (40-minute meetings followed by 10-minute transition periods).
