2nd Annual Regional Bank 1-on-1 Conference

Our 2nd Annual Regional Bank 1-on-1 Conference will be held on May 5, 2010, at Oppenheimer's office at 300 Madison Avenue in New York City.
The conference will feature the management teams of approximately 10 publicly traded banks hailing from multiple regions of the country. Following five years of underperformance relative to the S&P 500, we now anticipate a multi-year recovery in regional and small bank stocks. Based on our forecasts, we believe credit costs have peaked for the industry and will gradually decline in the coming quarters, positioning regional and smaller banks for more consistent profitability.
We believe the 1-on-1 format will allow investors an opportunity to learn more about what actions banks are taking today to better position themselves for a more favorable economic environment and higher interest rates. The conference will consist entirely of 1-on-1 meetings throughout the day in 50-minute blocks (40-minute meetings followed by 10-minute transition periods).
