We invite you to participate in our upcoming Spring 2008 Convertible 1-on-1 Conference taking place on May 13, 2008 at the Oppenheimer & Co. Executive Conference Center at 300 Madison Avenue, New York City.
Oppenheimer & Co.'s convertible securities team believes that the current market environment - characterized by significant equity volatility and arguably an overcorrecting trend in credit valuations - represents an opportunity for the discerning convertible investor. We believe that success in today's convertible space requires investment theses that incorporate a strong element of fundamental analysis on a name-by-name and sector-by-sector basis. Consequently, our Spring 2008 Convertible Conference focuses on more than 20 names in the biotechnology and technology sectors which exhibit interesting fundamental stories, including potential credit and equity catalysts.
